Welcome to the Humberview Bed and Breakfast on the west coast of Newfoundland, Canada. Bronson and Irene Short invite you to stay in their beautiful home located in an exclusive, residential area of Deer Lake in the heart of the Humber Valley.
The Humberview Bed and Breakfast is the perfect starting point for your adventures in western Newfoundland. We are located near the crossroads of the Viking Trail to Gros Morne National Park and the Great Northern Peninsula, and just down the road from the Deer Lake International Airport. Golfing, salmon angling, camping, hiking, sightseeing, downhill skiing, snowmobiling, shopping - it's all at our doorstep.
The Humberview Bed and Breakfast has a four-and-a-half star Canada Select rating, a spectacular view of the Humber River, and all the amenities of home. Our beautiful rooms each have ensuite baths, cable television, wireless internet, and telephone upon request.
Relax in our sunny Reading area, our Family/Study room with its fireplace, television, VCR and movies, or our Great/Living room with piano and wing backed chairs.
In the morning, enjoy a home-cooked breakfast made to your specifications or try one of our own special breakfast recipes.

| Deer Lake & The Humber Valley
The Humberview Bed and Breakfast is ideally situated near some of the best outdoor areas in the world.
The fjords of Gros Morne National Park, salmon fishing on the mighty Humber River and breath-taking biking and hiking areas are all in our backyard.
The West Coast of Newfoundland is a winter paradise with Marble Mountain's alpine ski hill just minutes away by four-lane highway. This mountain has been called the "best skiing east of the Rockies."
You'll find an abundance of cross-country skiing trails and snowmobiling trails in the area. |

| Finding The Humberview
By Air
A direct 5 hour charter from Gatwick, England, a 6 to 7 hour flight from Heathrow, London or 5 to 6 hours from New York, US. and connections to all Canadian and US. Destinations. Deer Lake Regional Airport is 10 minutes away from Humberview Bed and Breakfast.
By Road
Follow the Trans Canada Highway East or West to the town of Deer Lake -this 4-lane highway is one of the most scenic routes on the island of Newfoundland.
When you arrive in Deer Lake, take Exit 15.
You will see the Humberview Bed & Breakfast sign at the end of the ramp/stop sign. Follow the signs right to our door.
