| The Creole Gardens Guesthouse comprises two 1849 historic mansions and a two story servants' quarters, centered on a lovely banana courtyard and fountain. Each of our 26 individually decorated rooms offers air conditioning, television, free high speed internet ports and of course private baths (ensuite).

Located right next door to the Main Mansion (Manse), the Bordello Mansion pays homage to the wanton pleasures that were Storyville -- Nawlins' legalized red light district that flourished around the turn of nineteenth century. The Bordello boasts 7 rooms that are individually decorated with the ambiance of red velvet and overstuffed pillows. Each room is named after a famous madame of the period and features brand new deluxe queen sized canopy or four poster beds, (one room has a king size), hardwood floors, high ceilings, hand sewn bedding and drapes and beaucoups eccentric flourishes everywhere. | Room Rate

Our 14 "Dependency" or servants' quarters' rooms are completely renovated and individually decorated in creative themes. All of these rooms surround the banana courtyard.
Since we don't want our guests to be completely left in the victorian era, we have supplied each room in the entire complex with a private bath, state of the art phone system with voice mail and wake up service, free high speed internet connections, cable TV, and air conditioning and heat. We also offer Wi-Fi for the courtyard and Manse first floor areas. | Room Rate

We are mere minutes away from the French Quarter, Magazine Street (the hippest neighborhood in America according to Utne Reader), the Central Business District, Morial Convention Center, and Tulane and Loyola Universities.
Most museums and major attractions are within walking distance or quick jump on the streetcar. Around the corner is Emeril's Delmonica restaurant and up the road is Commander's Palace, Upperline, Cannon's, Pascal Manale's, Copeland's, Fat Harry's Pub and much more! |
