Directions

| By road from Calais or Paris
Take N10 from Tours, direction Poitiers and drive south towards Angouleme, then turn off just before onto the N141, following signs to Cognac. Take Chateauneuf turning and follow into the centre of the town.
At the centre, we are just behind the Hotel de Ville - follow one-way street into rue Aristide Briand and either park outside the front or in Parking de la Paix at the rear.
From western ports
Follow signs to Bordeaux and then take Saintes exit. Follow road to Cognac then take Chateauneuf turning and follow into the centre of the town, as above.
By air
Fly to Poitiers, La Rochelle or Bordeaux, then take road or rail as above, around 60-70 minutes
By Train
Take TGV to Angouleme, then change platforms to take a Chateauneuf train (direction Saintes). From the station, turn right then, at the river bridge, turn left towards Hotel de Ville, and follow as per paragraph above. |
