| The B&B welcomes you into the historical centre of our beautiful Lucca, in the shady garden of a 16th century Palace. It has 5 rooms - double and single - all with private bathroom.
The B&B is located in the very heart of medioeval town of Lucca, between the roman Amphitheatre Square and the Guinigi Tower, in a quiet and secluded area only a few steps from the main shopping street of Via Fillungo. The city of Lucca in Tuscany is unique for its intact sixteenth century walls surrounding the historical centre and isolating it from the modern suburbs, so that by walking along its narrow streets (now pedestrian precinct) you can forget about time. The B&B can easily be reached by car, motorcycle and bike, and in a few minutes walk from the railway station. A good shuttle bus service right behind the corner is also available.
AMENITIES & SERVICES All five rooms are equipped with private bathroom,TV, "snack corner", linen and independent heating. Breakfast is included. Bike rental and custody are also available, together with a small library for a nice exchange of books and culture.
Double Room - from € 90,00 to € 100,00 Single Room - from € 70,00 to € 80,00

Things To Do
| LOCATION & AREA
Lucca is a small provincial town rich in history, tradition and culture, but also a place of interest for high quality tourism. In Lucca many are the monuments, elegant palaces, churches and squares that make this town so beautiful: the Guinigi tower very close to the B&B (with its odd oak trees on top of it), the Amphitheatre Square of Roman origins with its circular shape, the wooden Holy Cross in the cathedral of San Martino, the National Museum of Palazzo Mansi... A place of art and culture, Lucca is the birthplace of great musicians and composers such as Boccherini, Luporini and Catalani, but the most famous of all is undoubtedly Giacomo Puccini, who composed world-famous operas like La Boheme, Madame Butterfly, Turandot. He was born in the very heart of Lucca, in the Corte San Lorenzo, and there it is still possible to visit his home and see his piano.
