There is a 3m splash pool and large trampoline; a selection of bikes is provided for all ages to explore the peaceful countryside.

Places to visit: Vallée des Singes, Futuroscope theme park, The infamous WW2 Martyr Village of Oradour-sur-Glane, prehistoric caves, zoo and many chateaux; the coastal resorts of Royan and La Rochelle are within easy reach for a day trip.

The cottage is a 6 hour drive from the short-crossing channel ports.
