| The Rock @ 2 Oceans is an upmarket villa in the coastal town of Fish Hoek, only 30 minutes from Cape Town, the Table Mountain cable station and the V&A Waterfront. It boasts spectacular sea and mountain views, and is within walking distance to the beautiful white sandy beach and town. This is a safe and private retreat, situated between two mountains and two oceans, and an excellent base from which to explore Cape Town and its nearby gems.

The Rock @ 2 Oceans has two adjacent units (The Apartment for two or The Villa for up to eight) with separate entrances and both their own garage. An interleading door can be opened between the two units can the accommodate up to ten people.
The Villa - luxurious double storey home with own separate entrance and automated garage. Breathtaking sea and mountain views from airy kitchen and living areas. Fabulous private upstairs deck – perfect for whale-watching in spring and early summer. Entertainers dream with the focus on indoor/ outdoor living, with a further sheltered barbeque area in the enclosed back garden.
Downstairs:
Entrance and Sleeper Couch Lounge : Airy entrance with spacious open plan lounge. Double sleeper couch with folding doors onto the pool deck with sunloungers, barbeque are and garden.
Bed 1: En-suite with two single beds; built-in cupboards; dressing table; spa- shower, basin and wc.
Upstairs:
Large open living room and dining area with a cosy fireplace and folding doors opening onto an entertainment deck.
Open plan kitchen: with entertainment – island, leading to a sheltered couryard. Fully fitted.
Private courtyard: with barbeque, 12 seater patio set and umbrella.
Scullery: with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed 2: En-suite with sleigh queen sized bed; private patio, dressing table, spa-shower, sunken bath, double basin, wc and walk-in cupboard.

Directions
|
| From Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 City towards Cape Town.
Follow the N2 for approximately 15-20 kms. - take the M3/Muizenberg/Rhodes Drive turn off. (The exit is clearly marked). Continue along the M3 for 17 kms. - to the end of the M3.
Turn right at the traffic light (Steenberg Road - M43 Fish Hoek). Continue for 1.5 km. (Pass a set of traffic lights) and turn left into Ou Kaapse Weg (Fish Hoek/Simons Town).
Continue over the mountain pass (Ou Kaapse Weg) for 12 kms. (pass a set of traffic lights to a next set of traffic lights).
Turn left into M65 Fish Hoek.
Continue for 700m. to another set of traffic lights. Turn right into Kommetjie Road.
Follow Kommetjie Road for 2 kms. (pass one set of traffic lights). Turn right into Highway Road (Veterinary on the right).
Keep left for 500m. On the right, you find 133 Highway: The Rock @ 2 Oceans.
