June & Derek Ashdown would like to welcome you to Coalbrookdale Villa Guest House. If you are looking for somewhere relaxing and comfortable to stay in Ironbridge then this could be just the place for you.

Built in 1850 by the Fox-Davies family, Coalbrookdale Villa is a larger than life Victorian Gothic style Ironmasters House. Extravagantly built, as only the Victorians could, the house has many fascinating features and offers plenty of private parking spaces in the drive with security lighting at night.

Surrounded by large well kept gardens you feel as if you are in the heart of the countryside but are in fact only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ironbridge and the world's oldest Iron Bridge.

Walk in the opposite direction and you will arrive at the Museum of Iron in approximately 5 minutes and also pass two very popular local Pubs - one of which is famous for serving at least 8 different real ales - some of which should carry a "wobbly leg warning"!! Telford town centre and the railway station are just 15 minutes away.

Our bedrooms have been newly refurbished to a high standard and all have either en-suite bathroom or shower room facilities. One has a split-level bath and shower room. Three rooms overlook the back garden, which means that the only noise likely to wake you in the morning is the birds singing the dawn chorus.

To welcome you and to get your stay with us off to a cheery start you will find a complimentary glass of wine in your room on arrival. Also of course all rooms have complimentary beverage trays and remote control colour televisions.

If you have any special dietary needs please let us know prior to your visit and we will try to accommodate them.
