| The B & B is situated 10 min from the beach, which offers 30 resturants, pubs, kit surfing, surfing, walks along the beach watching the sun sets against the Table Mountain and seas. 20 Min from the Water Front and Casino. Wine routes through Durbanville, stellenbosch. Across the road from a major Shopping centre for all your needs and resturants and cinemas. 20 min from Melkbos which is a fast growing beach town. If you tired of eating out stay at home at the B & B and have a indoor braai and play some darts. |

This room is semi self catering and a spacious large open plan family room with a double bed and if need two single beds and can be converted into bunks if need more beds. There is a shower and gas stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, plates and knives etc and a wash area outside and a braai area for yourself. Jacuzzi right out your door. | Room Rate

Directions
|
| From the Cape Town Airport go on to the N2 and carry on till you get a split in the N2 which says Milnerton/Paarl or Cape Town, take the right hand lane and stay in that lane till you get your first robot which will be Koeberg road. You will travel this road till you get Caltex Refinery on you right hand side, just after the refinery take the left hand turn into Blouberg road and carry on for at least 6 robots till you reach R27 (Mac Donalds on right) at that major Robot go straight over the R27 and at the very next small robot take a right into Popham street (Dales Place resturant on your right), then take the next 2nd road to your right into Briza Road carry on till you get a T Junction and turn left and 2nd Double storey house no 11 Rubens Road North. |
