Broadeaves is a fabulous home with a heated outdoor swimming pool, petanque piste, childrens play area including tree hut, formal gardens and more.

Situated 50 mins north of Wellington and 4 hrs south of Taupo.

The separate guest wing has 2 rooms. The Magnolia Room with ensuite, walkin robe and a private spa pool in the courtyard. Adjacent there is a twin room or super king for families or couples travelling together.

Refreshments on arrival and the option to stay for dinner. Take time to relax here

Things To Do

Relax, swim, enjoy great food, walk the beach or river, play golf, visit Kapiti Island or Nga Manu Nature reserve. Take a day trip to Wellington city to visit our national museum Te Papa.

Poolhouse
This fabulous apartment style accommodation is on-site with separate guest access. Sliding doors open onto the heated salt water swimming pool. Step inside and enjoy the spacious feel of the cathedral ceiling, polished wooden floors, top quality furnishings, cotton sheets, and a selection of New Zealand art work.

Marble dining room table for two, and suede couch add to your comfort. Small kitchenette has fridge, microwave and small appliances. Continental breakfast provisions, tea and coffee, and snacks for your enjoyment. If you would like to join our other guests for a cooked breakfast in the dining room then this can be arranged.		Room Rate
$200 per night with continental provisions. $225 per night for a cooked breakfast inside our home ( this is not always available)

Directions

Follow State Highway 1 to Waikanae, turn off in Te Moana Road ( left if travelling north, right if travelling south). Take the 2nd right - Koromiko Rd follow to the end. Now sitting at a T junction, this is Ngarara Rd - we are the long driveway directly ahead of you No. 24.
