Each room can sleep three adults - ideal for golf or walking groups or as a family room for two adults and two children. Tea and coffee making facilities, radio, TV, DVD & video are provided in each room. A free public car park is located adjacent to the house.

Things To Do

Kingston is ideally located on the coast of the Moray Firth, near to the mouth of the river Spey, with a host of attractions nearby offering something of interest to everyone. The local area is popular with golfers, fishermen, bird watchers, walkers and cyclists, there are also local stables that cater for horse riding.

Directions

From Aberdeen - A96 at Mosstodloch take the B9015 to Garmouth. After the bridge in Garmouth turn right onto Church Street; at the hotel turn left to Spey Street and follow the road to Kingston. Bayview is on the corner of Shore Road and Beach Road. From Inverness - A96 enter Lhanbryde; in Lhanbryde follow the sign to Garmouth. In Garmouth, Station Road leads to the High Street, at the junction with Spey Street turn left and follow the road to Kingston.
