Ambroselli's Villa Serendip Cohocton is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in the Finger Lakes of upstate New York located just minutes south of the Historic Village of Naples, New York in the Finger Lakes Wine Country.

Discover a romantic Finger Lakes Bed and Breakfast in upstate New York, ideally situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country, midway between NYC and Toronto and just off the I-390 and the I-86 Expressway. Convenient to beautiful Letchworth State Park, Canandaigua Lake and Keuka Lake and all Finger Lakes Attractions, the home was built in 1860 for Samuel Fitch Woodworth, a descendant of one of Americas first families. It has been grandly returned to its original splendor, and we are proud to say our guests tell us it is one of the most enjoyable and romantic places to stay in the Finger Lakes.

The rooms reflect the warmth and charm of an elegant Victorian home, appointed with fine antiques and period lighting, including a magnificent Bacarrat crystal chandelier that complements the high ceilings, 8-foot pocket doors and spectacular romantic Victorian ambiance. The Inn boasts spacious common rooms and guest quarters, all with 10-foot ceilings. The parlor and dining room open to each other through the pocket doors, offering a grand, open, feeling. The Inn sits on a private acre of land that includes a koi pond with patio and waterfall and small flower gardens.Our four porches provide the perfect spot to relax, read, or visit with each other or other guests.

The five spacious bedchambers are elegantly appointed with a blend of antiques and special pieces selected by Fran for that particular room. They each offer a private bath. Daily chamber service is provided, as well as a full complement of bath amenities. Hair dryers, ironing board and iron and other sundries are available should you need them. Queen and/or king sized beds with reading lamps are standard for each of our rooms. Pillow topped mattresses or firm top quality mattresses will ensure you get a wonderful night's rest.
