| Overlooking the small fishing harbour of historic Mossel Bay, the views from this luxury apartment are spectacular, lie in bed and see as far as the Outeniqua mountains and even whales between July and September. You will find a combination of Swiss efficiency and cleanliness in a secure, private, relaxed and friendly atmosphere with personal service.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with marine antiques and fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD, CD, full kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, percale cotton linen, air conditioning, large covered patio and secure parking in a garage. A second en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds, TV, a small fridge, kettle & toaster is available right next door to the apartment, this can be let separately or together with the apartment. A health breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, orange juice, cereal, yoghurt, bread etc can be provided daily in the fridge on request for a small extra charge. |

| Did you know... that the town of Mossel Bay is featured in the Guinness Book of Records? it has the second most temperate climate in the world ! second only to Hawaii! Come and escape from the cold windy weather of the Cape to the only town facing North on the coast of Africa, we are situated in the Cape right at the beginning of the world famous "Garden Route" only one hours drive from Oudshoorn , the Ostrich Farms and the Kango Caves.
Mossel Bay isn't called 'Bay of Attractions' for nothing. In fact, as a stopping point on many Garden Route tours, we like to think we have it all! Embark on a game drive and see the Big 5 in a malaria-free area. Ride on elephants through the Botlierskop Game Reserve. Take a boat trip to nearby Seal Island, which approximately 3000 Cape Fur seals call home. Seal Island is also ideal for dolphin viewing and whale watching (from July - November). If you'd prefer to stay on dry land, enjoy 24km of sandy beaches washed by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean.
For adrenalin junkies, there is plenty to keep you occupied on your Garden Route tour's stop off in Mossel Bay. Experience bungee jumping, bridge swinging, abseiling and South Africa's current favourite for thrill seekers, shark-cage diving and scuba diving! For the less adventurous nature lovers, the Oyster Catcher Trail is an eco cultural hiking trail along the coast from a Khoi San cave in Mossel Bay ending at the Gouritz River mouth. Finally, for a truly unique way of whale watching, embark on a helicopter flip over the town and the bay.
Mossel Bay is South Africa's historical gem in South Africa. Visit the Museum Complex where most famously, the Maritime Museum houses a life-size replica of the Dias Caravel boat. Other must-sees are the Cultural Museum, the Shell Museum, the aquarium, the ethno botanical garden containing the 500 year old Post Office Tree. Arts and Crafts is alive and thriving in Mossel Bay and are a highlight on most Garden Route tours. Watch artists at work at the Crafts Art Workshop, or go on a "Meet the people" Tour, where you'll meet South Africans in places few have visited before. The separate second bedroom is just round the corner from the entrance to the apartment and has 2 single beds, an en-suite shower, basin & toilet, a small fridge, kettle & toaster plus a TV. This room can be let together with the apartment or separately.

The apartment is spacious (100 square metres) and has two seating areas with leather lounge suites, one to watch TV (satellite & DVD) and the other to take in the view. It is fully tiled with the exception of the bedroom which has wooden floors. The open plan kitchen has granite tops and is fully equipped with an under counter oven, glass top hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has split level air-conditioning which can heat in winter, a queen sized bed with percale 100 percent cotton sheets and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a safe and a hair-dryer for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath and is tiled ceiling to floor.

| FROM Cape Town N2
Albertina will be the last town you pass through and is +/- 25 Km before the turn off to Mossel Bay. Actually you don't turn off to Mossel Bay, you go straight on and the N2 turns off to the left.
Then you have +/- 10km of a straight road until you take the turnoff to the left called MARSH STREET, at the T junction traffic lights TURN RIGHT and go down the hill to the lights at the bottom TURN RIGHT into Kerk and then 1st LEFT into MONTAGUE, 1st RIGHT into BAYVIEW which goes up quiet steeply and then 2nd LEFT into HILL We are number 85 on the left.

Take the Mossel Bay exit (No.393) At the stop street turn LEFT then RIGHT at the lights. Continue for +/- 5 km then take the turnoff to the left into Mossel Bay (GEORGE STREET) At the traffic lights turn right into Church Street (Kerk St) then follow the directions above. |
