| The Chaucer Guest House is a Blackpool Guest House situated in the main Blackpool Hotel area conveniently close to the Rail Station and the Blackpool Scene. It's a mere two minute safe and well lit walk to the new Flamingo, the new Flying Handbag, Funny Girls, and Bar B. Just a few more steps will take you to the Mardi Gras, DT Bar, Pepe's, Roxy's, Taboo, and the Acqua Sauna. A little further out the New Road Inn and the Honeycombe Sauna are still an easy walk.
We are small, friendly, comfortable and discreet. Our aim is to provide a safe and secure environment for you to return to after sampling the vibrant atmosphere of Blackpool and its nightlife. A place where you can unwind, relax, or just enjoy a good night's sleep.
A sizeable Pay and Display safe and secure Car Park (floodlit and patrolled) is available immediately behind the Chaucer Guest House.
With the ample parking situated behind us, and only a two minute easy walk from either the railway station or the bus station, the Chaucer Guest House is the ideal base to return to for those unplanned breaks in winter or summer.
We are open all year and our prices remain the same all year too! Prices for Bed & Breakfast start from just £17per night - including weekends, Bank Holidays and the Blackpool Illuminations!
The Pleasure Beach with its more than 145 attractions is merely a short tram ride along the sea-front, and with the three Piers, the Sandcastle, the Grand Theatre, the Winter Gardens, the Opera House, the Sea Life Centre, Louis Tussauds and all the other entertainment venues that Blackpool boasts almost on our doorstep, you will soon discover that you are never at a loss for something to do.

| Blackpools many attractions can be enhanced with visits to the Lake District, Manchester and Liverpool which all make for exciting and interesting day trips. As does the huge open air markets at Preston.
The dining area is intimate, relaxing, well appointed, light and comfortable. All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and the location, just a few hundred yards from the clubs, ensures that guests can enjoy all that has become synonymous with our world famous town, yet enjoy the benefit of undisturbed nights. Directions

| If you are coming by train to Blackpool North, exit the station near the left luggage office to the rear then just walk up the slope. The first road on your immediate right is High Street and we are just a few steps down there at the next corner, on the right.
By car just follow the signs to Blackpool town centre, then to Blackpool North Rail Station. It is a one way system and on the approach after passing Funny Girls stay in the left hand lane and drive as if you are going into the station, as at the point of no return the last turning on the left is High Street and we are just 600 yards on the right, behind is the car-park.
