Offering absolute waterfront luxury accommodation, Goolwa River Retreat provides a beautifully appointed holidayhome with a touch of Japanese decor set on 22 acres with superb river frontage in a rural setting in Echuca on the Murray River.

The holidayhome is fully self contained, with spa, king sized bed, large bathroom with double shower and barbeque area. The accommodation is well heated inside and out, with an outdoor paved area, clear roll down blinds and electric heater on the verandah, the perfect place for a secluded getaway to Echuca.

Enjoy breakfast in the surrounds of the Murray Forest, sit on the jetty or stroll along the river track. Bring your boat and enjoy a 12-minute trip to the Deep Creek Marina or visit the Torrumbarry Weir. We can put your boat in for you, with a boat ramp approx. 500 metres from the property. Things To Do

Star gaze at night while enjoying the privacy of the outdoor spa. Interested in trying to catch that elusive Murray Cod and don't have your own boat, then we can arrange a local fishing guide to take you to the best spots. We are only a 20 minute drive to Echuca so you can browse the Historic Port of Echuca and enjoy a ride on a paddlesteamer or play a game of golf at Rich River Golf Club.

$150 per night from Sunday to Thursday night excluding public holidays, $170 per night for Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays. Autumn/Winter deal - Monday to Friday @ $520, save $80. Valid until 06/04/2008. Book 7 nights get the last night free.

Directions

Goolw River Retreat is situated off the Murray Valley Highway approx 20kms from Echuca heading towards Kerang. Vic Roads Country: map 31 ref A2. Turn rt into Bail Road just before Torrumbarry Service Station, then first rt into Fulham Road, left into Sexton Road. We are situated approx 1.5km on right hand side. Goolwa River Retreat sign on gate.
