Tranquility Lodges is a tourism group that offers accommodation for every need in a refined and relaxed atmosphere.
We offer you a variety, brilliance, magnificence and splendour at our lodges.
It can be a family holiday at one of our self-catering lodges or an adventure holiday with copious activities arranged in cooperation with Big 5 Country Tourism in the area, adapted to each individual’s needs.

Perched high on the hilltops of Hazyview, you will find a little hideaway called Eagle’s Nest Chalets.

Set on 30 hectares of pristine indigenous bush-land, the lodge offers 12 tastefully decorated units, each fully equipped for self- catering. With its panoramic views of the beautiful Kiepersol district, it provides the ideal central retreat from which this area can be explored. Our facilities include a spectacular swimming pool where guests can spend hours enjoying the wonderful Lowveld climate and a cozy boma area ideal for functions and braai’s. We also offer a mini golf course located amongst trees and closely hugging the contours of the scenic hills.

The nearby Panorama Route offers the traveller beautiful scenic surroundings, waterfalls and walking trails. The spectacular Blyde River Canyon and the 3 Rondawels are a must to see, along with Bourkes Luck Potholes and God’s Window. Our area has fantastic Adventure Activities to offer. A visit to the nearby Elephant Sanctuary is a must to walk trunk-in-hand with these majestic animals. Enjoy the thrill of the Aerial Cable Trail, the gentle adventure of a scenic balloon flight or enjoy horse-riding, quad-biking, river rafting, or a Dawn, Full Day or Afternoon Safari into the Kruger National Park in an open vehicle. Experience the Shangaan Culture at the nearby Shangana Cultural Village where the Evening Festival will delight the senses with singing, dancing & story-telling.
