New Rooms for rent for short stay and vacations (just some night and weeks).
New and coloured flat in front of university campus in Palermo.

15 minutes by foot from historical center, 25 minutes from Central Station.
The flat is in front of the main bus station, from where you can reach every corner of the city and even some town in province.
Monreale is far 15 minutes by bus and Mondello Beach 30 minutes.
It's a shared GUESTHOUSE with 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 5 rooms, there's also bike/moped parking.
No private bathrooms, but "dedicated" bathroom for guests.
Breakfast is not included,but you can use kitchen whenever you want.

the more you stay, the less you pay and if you stay 1 month or a little more prices will be very low.

SINGLE ROOM
20 euros per night
1 week = 120 euros per person
2 week = 230 euros per person

DOUBLE ROOM
35 euros per night
1 week = 220 euros
2 weeks = 410 euros

in price are included of course all bills, internet wifi no-stop, flat cleaning, bike-moto parking.
