The B&B is situated in a small hamlet between the lovely villages of Chateauneuf and Miniac Morvan, both only 2 mins drive away where you can find local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

The area around the gite is steeped in history and all are within a 30 min drive

Mont St Michel, The wonder of the western world forms a tower in the heart of an immence bay invaded by the highest tides in Europe, one of the most visited attractions in France second only to the Eiffel Tower.

St Malo. Home of the Corsairs, pirates who went to sea to gain booty, St Malo is full of the atmosphere of that time, surrounded by rampart walls, it is possible to walk around the top of these and look out to sea and over the town, St Malo is full of street entertainers and artists, all the restaurants and bars have outside seating.

Dinan. Dinan is a walled town on the River Rance and retains a mass of its medievel features. The old town links to the port by the Rue Jeruzel which is a steep cobbled hill, surrounded by timbered buildings. It is possible to take a boat ride up the River Rance from the port and one can also hire a small moter boat for a day out on the river.

Dinard. Venue for the British Film Festival, Dinard advertises this fact with a statue of Alfred Hitchcock and birds on the seafront. The town was a big attraction to the holidaying British in the last two centuries and is full of pretty villas of character and gothic charm. The beaches are magnificent and it is possible to walk around them on a landscaped walk way.

These are but a few of the many attractions this beautiful area of Brittany has to offer. There is also trekking, swimming, riding, fishing, climbing, and golf courses all within easy reach of the B&B.
