Things To Do
|
| You can just relax on the sun loungers in our large garden, or swim/sunbathe at the lake. You can go for many walks or cycle in the area. There is the river Allier for fishing and canoe/kayak, bar and restaurant in Brioude, just 12 kms away. There is also horse riding 3 kms away. There are many chateaux, museums, beau villages and romanesque churches in the area. The Auvergne is a lovely area with varied landscapes and is excellent for photography for painting. |

| By Road - Take A75 motorway south from Clermont Ferrand. Exit at Junction 20 towards Le Puy en Velay and Brioude (N102). On approaching Brioude take D588 towards La Chaise Dieu. At next roundabout take road to CHAMPAGNAC LE VIEUX. Drive down high street in Champaganc le Vieux, past bar on left. Turn right into small square by Boulangerie, then follow road to right for about 3 kms into forest. Le Boucharel is small hamlet signposted down small lane on right. We look forward to meeting you. |
