| Welcome to our new, but very treasured old (115 years) home. We have just recently acquired this unique four bedroom home, which has also been designated as a Colorado State Historical Site. It was formerly known as the Log Cabin Bed & Breakfast, and has been a B&B for over 10 years. We have changed the name to the Lovett House Bed & Breakfast in honor of the original couple, Sam & Kate Lovett, who built the Pioneer log style home in 1891.
You will find the log home to be very charming with lots of personality. The three guestrooms have been named for the Lovett Family: Sam’s Room, Kate’s Room, and Amanda’s room named for their adopted daughter. Each guestroom does have its own private bath, and two of the rooms have private entrances. The living/dining area and parlor are always open to guests for visiting, reading or simply being mesmerized by the dancing flames in the stone fireplace.
Our home rests on 1½ acres of magnificent old trees, including Colorado’s State Champion Ash tree, and a small orchard with a variety fruit trees. The grounds are perfect for relaxing, bird watching, or an evening of gazing at the stars.

| The Lovett House is quite easy to locate; we are just one block north of the only stop light (Main Street) in Cedaredge, on the west side of Hwy 65 (Grand Mesa Drive).
We are approximately one hour from Grand Junction, Colorado. And only 20 minutes from the top of the Grand Mesa. |
