Hatari Guesthouse

Ladismith is an old historic town in the Little Karoo nestling against the Klein Swartberg mountains, with the highest peak Towerkop (Bewitched Peak) towering over the town. The area is known for its cheese, wines and fruit.

This old house has been declared a national monument by the South African Monuments Council and is situated off the main Route 62 in the quiet Queen Street of Ladismith with plenty of safe parking in the street.

We have three comfortable double rooms (2 double bed, 1x2 single beds), all en-suite (shower and toilet) and one double room (double bed) with the bathroom (bath and toilet) down the passage.

All rooms have TV facilities, and DSTV in the dining area.

We have a pool area to relax when the weather is hot.

Breakfast takes the form of a full English breakfast (eggs, bacon and sausage). With cereals and yoghurt, tea and coffee.

Regret no children under 15 accepted.

ACTIVITIES

Nearby activities include mountaineering, hiking, bird watching, game viewing in the nearby Anysberg Nature Reserve, horse riding, 4X4 routes, abseiling, rock climbing and mountain biking.
