The moment you step through the door of Delta Apartment you’ll know you made the right choice. When it comes to comfort, our standards are exacting, and rooms are immaculately cleaned from top to bottom, aired and dressed with fresh bedding prior to your visit.

As you are about to discover, Historical Beverley and the surrounding areas has plenty to offer all ages and is a wonderful location for get-togethers throughout the year.

Potential guests need to be aware the entrance to the apartment block is accessed by 8 steps to the front entrance and 12 steps to the rear entrance. There are two sets of internal stairs with half landings to the accommodation on the second floor which is then all on one level. There are double hand rails on all external and internal stairs and an intercom system fitted to the front door entrance. From the Apartment entrance hall there is access to one double bedroom, the bathroom with bath and shower facilities and then an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

Our property has the following as standard: CENTRAL HEATING, FLAT SCREEN TV WITH DVD ABD CD as well as free view. VACUUM CLEANER, DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE and DRYER, IRONING BOARD and IRON, HAIRDRYER, MICROWAVE, ELECTRIC HOB AND ELECTRIC OVEN, FRIDGE WITH 3* ICE BOX, TOASTER AND KETTLE. ALL BEDDING, LINEN, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS AND TEA TOWELS are also provided

A small selection of books and board games will also be available for your use.

We can also provide extra’s such as wine, chocolates, fresh flowers or fruit by prior arrangement.

ONE SPACE ALLOCATED PARKING IN GATED OFF ROAD PRIVATE AREA .

In the interest of our all our guests our apartment is designated pet free and non – smoking.
