| The Sante Fe style property, newly built in 2005, sits on 15 acres and is located adjacent to the San Pedro River in St. David, just north of the National Raparian Area. It is easy walking distance to the river to better view the many birds that frequent it during the year. The property is visited by many wild animals, including bobcat, deer, javalina, coyotes, hares and rabbits and numerous birds of all types. The great room has 12' ceilings and a fireplace to enjoy while you sit back and listen to music or watch satellite tv or movies that are available for viewing. The room also includes a pool table and a display cabinet with many pieces of indian carvings and other art objects. The dining room features a hand made 12 foot long mesquite table that was salvaged from a junk shop and refinished by Mike. The covered back patio looks out onto the cottonwoods that line the San Pedro and the Dragoon Mountains behind it. This area has tables that can be used for outdoor dining or just relaxing. The Property has 4 spacious rooms, each with a private bath, and are themed for the activities that were historically in this part of Southern Arizona. The entire building is centrally heated and air conditioned.
