Last Post Bed and Breakfast, which opened for business in January 2010, is in Strathmore Park on the outskirts of Dundee, KZN 'The Gateway to The Battlefields'. Strathmore Park is a quiet leafy suburb of Dundee which is close to all the local shops, restaurants, banking facilities etc in the town, that is located less than 10 minutes away.
Dundee is conveniently situated between Johannesburg & Durban and close to The Drakensburg Mountains. Road links are excellent to all parts of South Africa.
The B&B accomodation consists of three units which are located in a tranquil garden. All guest accomodation is beautifully presented and all units are en suite. The guest accomodation is located separate from the main house. Two of the rooms (Kudu & Buffalo) are under a thatched roof. Kudu & Buffalo are twin bedded rooms one of which (Kudu) can be converted to provide a king-sized bed. The beds in Kudu & Buffalo are all extra length. The third guest room (Garden Room) has a double bed. All the rooms are equipped with high quality beds & bedding to ensure an exceptional nights sleep. All rooms are also equipped with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, digital safe, cooling fan & radio.
There is a swimming pool, barbecue & DSTV for guest use.
