Stadium Guest House is a tastefully well-furnished B & B /self-catering establishment. Your comfortable base for holiday or business trips.

The guest house is located in the quiet, secure, up market area of Green Point. The area has a quaint, village feel about it and it is safe to walk the narrow, villa lined streets, many of which have restored Victorian style homes with balconies and trellises. The nearby Cape Quarter is a new development that has completely revitalised the area and re-established Green Point as a trendy hangout for locals and visitors. From Green Point you are within walking distance of the city centre and its many attractions; The Waterfront is only minutes away and the new Cape Town Stadium is situated just 450 meters away.

The guest house is only twelve minutes drive from Table Mountain cable station and Clifton's popular
beaches. Safe taxi transportation is available.

The en-suite bathroom features a corner bath/shower.
Views of Robben Island and the sea with some spectacular sunsets.

Large Balcony Apartment

Sleeps two adults and two children, queen size bed/ or twin beds and sleeper couch.
Features: fully fitted kitchenette, tea and coffee tray, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
Available: DSTV channels/ DVD, wall safe, hairdryer and sound system. Air-conditioning remote available at R25 extra per day.

Views of the Green Point Stadium, Robben Island and the sea with beautiful sunsets.
The spectacular fireworks display in the V&A Waterfront can also be viewed on Old Year’s Eve and special occasions.

Sleeps two adults, king size bed.
Features: microwave, bar fridge, tea and coffee tray, crockery and cutlery.
Also available: wall safe and hairdryer. For your leisure, a sound system, DSTV channels /DVD. Air-conditioning remote available at R25 per day extra.
The en-suite bathroom allows you to relax in a spa bath or you can shower.
