Things To Do

Romans sur Isere holds two trump cards : the quality of the river water and the geographic position of the town : tanneries thrive here ! and the leather too ! some of the world's top shoe manufacturers : Jourdan, Kelian, Clergerie, Fenestrier. Romans shoes have never stopped running and are also featured in a museum that looks back at 4,000 years of history.(2KM from LE RUCHER DE JABELIN)

Directions

90 km in the south of Lyon, on the "motorway of the sun" (A7), take the exit n° 13 "Tain l'hermitage - Romans".
Then the road D532 in direction of "Romans sur Isere".
When you reach the Hospital of Romans (about 10 km from the motorway) take
the small road on the left and follow the panels "Rucher de Jabelin" 800m.
