Property Description

Set in the wonderful countryside of the South Charente, this is a beautifully restored farm cottage with two double bedrooms to let. Surrounded by woods, lakes and pastureland, Boibreteau is a tiny village deep in rural France but in easy reach of Bordeaux, Cognac, St Emilion and the coast at Royan. The local area is great for walking, bike riding and bird watching. There is a swimming lake and horse ricing nearby and the local town has good shops, restaurants and a market.

Directions

You need to get on to the RN10, pick this up at Poitiers or Angouleme and head south towards Bordeaux. About 10 k South of Barbezieux take a left turn signposted Brossac. k down this road take the right fork to Boisbreteau. Take the first proper road (after approx 2 k) on the right signposted to La Renaudrie etc. I am the first property on the left. Good luck
