Arctic Getaway Bed and Breakfast
If you are planning an Alaska vacation, and prefer small, intimate places, and encounters with local Alaskans, then consider a visit with us at the Arctic Getaway.

Our bed and breakfast accommodations consist of three rustic and cozy, furnished private cabins, each with a kitchenette.

The one room "Wolverine cabin" sleeps two, the two story "Aurora cabin" sleeps four and includes two private rooms on the second floor and a common room on the lower level. A central bathroom conveniently connects both cabins. The units can be rented separately or jointly, a great option for groups!

Our new two story "Koyukuk cabin" sleeps four. It includes two private rooms on the second floor and two single beds on the main floor with a kitchenette and bathroom/shower.

In the morning we invite our guests into our home, the 1910 gold rush dance hall, for a hearty, home cooked Alaskan Breakfast.

Many options exist for you to explore the beautiful Koyukuk river region. The Gates of the Arctic National Park borders Wiseman to the west and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is a short drive to the north. Both summer and wintertime recreational activities offer great discoveries and endless opportunities. We will be happy to assist you planning your trip, or making suggestions regarding the season or time of year.
