Casa Retablo
 
"Casa Retablo" is a small cozy guest house located between Magdalena del Mar and San Isidro, five blocks away from the ocean and at walking distance from cafes, restaurants, gyms, Yoga schools, supermarkets, etc. "Casa Retablo" has a great location and many other districts in Lima can be reached easily by different means. It combines security and cleanliness, and you will be kindly advised on where to go or what you can do in Lima (or Peru)
"Casa Retablo" has two comfortable rooms available and two Studios attached to it. The kitchen, the dining room, a small living room and the terrace are shared spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and guests have their own storage spaces. There is Wi-Fi internet service, utilities, Cleaning service (twice per month)(Room 1, Room 2 and Studio 1) and phone calls to landlines within Lima are included in the price. Towels and linen are provided. There is also a small library with books in English and Spanish. Everything works in order to make you feel at home!
Room 1can accommodate one person and Room 2 can accomodate 2 people , the Studio 1 can accommodate up to two guests and the Studio 2 can accomodate 1person. The minimum desirable stay is two weeks, although if you need to stay for a shorter period that is also possible.
Our rates are: (1) Room 1 is US$ 330 a month, or US$ 210 for two weeks; (2) Room 2 is US$ 350 a month, or US$ 230 for two weeks; (3) the Studio is 1 US$ 430 dollars a month, or US$ 280 for two weeks.The Studio 2 is US $ 450 dollars per month, or US$ 290 for two weeks.

Charmante Maison d'Hôtes (4 chambres) et Studios

La « Casa Retablo » est une petite maison d'hôte située entre Magdalena del Mar et San Isidro, à cinq
blocs de l'océan et à proximité des commerces, cafés, restaurants, salles de gym, écoles de Yoga etc.
La « Casa Retablo » est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécurisé, et permet un accès
facile à de nombreux districts de Lima.
Elle allie ségurité, confort, et propreté, et nous serons heureux de vous donner de bons conseils pour
passer un séjour agréable à Lima (ou au Pérou).
La « Casa Retablo » comprend deux chambres confortables, un studio attenant, et un studio
totalement indépendant au rez de chaussée. La cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et la terrasse sont
partagés. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et chaque hôte dispose de son espace de rangement.
L'accès à l'internet Wifi, les communications téléphoniques nationales et l entretien quotidien et
bimensuel des chambres, pieces communes et studios sont inclus dans le loyer.
Le linge de maison est fourni (serviettes, draps). Une petite bibliothèque de livres ainsi qu'une
collection de films en anglais ou espagnol sont aussi à disposition. Les dons de livres sont les bienvenus!
Ici, tout est fait pour que chacun se sente comme chez lui !

Les chambres peuvent recevoir une à deux personnes chacune; les studios, un à deux hôtes chacun.
Une durée minimum de séjour de deux semaines est souhaitée, mais en cas de plus courts séjours,

Tarifs des locations :
(1)Chambre 1 : 210 $US pour deux semaines, ou 330 $US par mois.
(2)Chambre 2 : 230 $US pour deux semaines, ou 350 $US par mois.
(3)Studio 1: 270 $US pour deux semaines, ou 430 $US par mois.
(4)Studio 2: 290 $US pour deux semaines, ou 450 $US par mois.
