Lakemont Pines Lake Vacation Rental Arnold offers swimming, skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, walking trails and quiet relaxation.

LOWER unit sleep 8 people.

This is the entire lower level, Unit B, is 1,000 square foot 1st floor and comprises a master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with an open floor plan, a bathroom, a living room, dining room and kitchen with an open floor plan and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing the lake.

Pets OK with additional deposit.
The open floor plan of this level keeps everyone in sight.

The kitchen is fully furnished. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator.

The dining room has a antique bamboo fold table for 8 with chairs and views of the lake and trees.

The living room has a double size hide-a-bed and love seat. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The view is across the lake and the trees. The home is heated and cooled by forced air.

Up eight stairs to the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom.

The master bedroom has a double size bed, cable TV and views of the Stanislaus National forest out the window.

The second bedroom has a total of four single beds (2 trundle bed with a pull out of 2 more under bed), TV, DVD and views of the Stanislaus National Forest.

The bathroom is a shower, sink and toilet.

Lakemont Pines lake is directly across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.
